Membership or use of Fido's Family (fidosfamily.com) is governed by the following terms and conditions. By becoming a member or in using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
The following terminologies applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Member”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the terms and conditions of Fido's Family. “Fido's Family”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to the website fidosfamily.com and all of its subdomains. “Prohibited Content” refers content that members are not allowed to post.
Age Restrictions
Registration and participation on Fido's Family is restricted to individuals at least 18 years of age. By registering and participating in activities on our website, you hereby represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

In order to fully participate in all site activities, you must register for a personal account (a “User Account”) by providing your name, email address and other required information. Members of Fido's Family have the ability to post content and connect and interact with other members. The posting of content and interaction with other members shall be governed by the following rules. Violation of these rules will result in the termination of membership. The decision to terminate membership cannot be appealed.
You agree to use Fido's Family in accordance with all applicable Local, State and Federal Laws. You further agree that you will not post or email any of the following content (“Prohibited Content”) anywhere on the fidosfamily.com, or on any other site that carries the name and or domain of Fido's Family:
Content that is intentionally hurtful or that defames, insults, demeans, bullies, harasses, or threatens others – Discrimination based on race, color, sex/gender, religion, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation or age is strictly prohibited.
Content that discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit such activities, or encourages others to commit such activities
Content that infringes or misappropriates another’s intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets
Content that you do not have the right to disclose under contractual confidentiality obligations or fiduciary duties
Material that contains obscene (i.e., pornographic) language or images
Advertising, promotional materials, or any form of commercial solicitation outside of the areas designated for such postings
Content that otherwise harms other users or visitors to the Sites
Content that is otherwise unlawful or that violates any applicable local, state, national or international law.
Content that probes, scans, or tests the vulnerability of any system or network
Content that breaches or otherwise circumvents any security measures and or content that interferes with or disrupts any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, planting malware, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any other user or part of the site
Soliciting Business
Members may only advertise their services on their profile in the section designated for “Services” and in forums with the label “Services” attached. Advertising or marketing services by other means such as private messaging is prohibited. In addition, the solicitation of other members for business is prohibited (directly asking fellow members to purchase services, rather than using approved forms of advertisements). We ask that you respect fellow members by not contacting them for commercial purposes without their consent.

Notification of Changes
Fido's Family reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to terms of service, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site members’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail will be made to those affected by this change. These terms and conditions forms an agreement between you and us.
